To Whom It May Concern: This letter is written as a recommendation for Leslie
Kettenhofen. Leslie has been the Webmaster for my company for the last 18
months and is in the process of assuming management and development of the
website for our regional drycleaning association, the Rocky Mountain Fabricare
Association. I am totally satisfied with the work Leslie has done for me.
Leslie relates to the industry easily as she is the co-owner of a drycleaners
in Oregon. I have enjoyed working with Leslie as we have modified, redesigned,
brainstormed, experimented with and developed a site we can both be proud
of. Her price structure is very fair and her work is exceptional. I highly
recommend Leslie for the design and maintenance of web sites. Please contact
me if you should have any questions about her work.
Respectfully submitted,

To whom it may concern:
Leslie Kettenhofen, Webmaster of www.iriscitycleaners.com since 1998 has asked me to provide a letter of testimony for her talents in this capacity and to describe the benefit Iris City Cleaners and Laundering Company has received from her web design general benefit from our communities as well.
Leslie comes seasoned to the industry as a co owner of Bobs Dry Cleaners.
She understands the technical side of the industry as well as the marketing,
customer care, finishing and equipment maintenance and design. In addition
she is Cisco certified in the area of computer technology and application,
which includes Internet web production. I could not have found any web designer
who is more responsive more knowledgeable and more technically correct than
Leslie. The support we receive from her in our on going efforts to produce
the best service and to maintain a web attraction, which is indicative of
the same. We produce a weekly newsletter in rich html format, which Leslie
archives for us weekly. The content of these newsletters are somewhat technical,
always addressing some issue of cleaning, restoration, preservation, which
includes antiques work etc. We are a small operation in southeastern Iowa
with a town population of 8500 and a customer draw from surrounding communities
of 25,000 combined. Our www.iriscitycleaners.com site has literally established
us as an authority in the industry locally, we have some of the best presence
on all major search engines, and of amazement to us, the fact that we literally
receive orders from these areas and many on an ongoing basis, Main, New York
City Vermont, Connecticut, new Jersey, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Texas, California,
Chicago, Seattle, and others. WE have even developed a section on “
Distance Services” and most recently added a language translator to
many of our pages to enable other language-speaking customers to read and
view our content. In other words the specialty work we do, and the presence
through the web enables us to honor requests for many either because, services
are not available in their areas, they are too expensive, or there is service
trust issue at play.
We are so pleased with Leslie’s response to our request to design a
web site for us. Her costs are some of the most reasonable in the industry.
It is with out equivocation that I highly recommend Leslie and her talents
to any one who is interested in web creation or web modification.
Sincerely,
Ed Longanecker CPD

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to introduce Leslie Kettenhofen. Leslie is the Webmaster for the ODCA website, which she created for our organization three years ago.
We are delighted with the work Leslie has done on this project. Through her expertise and management, the ODCA has been able to adopt this most useful tool for marketing, both to consumers and other dry cleaners.
In the construction of our website, some of Leslie’s accomplishments
are:
• Creating personal email addresses for Board Members using the “oregondrycleaners.org”
domain name.
• Making available to our members, for a fee, the oregondrycleaners.org
domain name for personal email, generating additional revenue to maintain
the site.
• Creating “Mini Web Pages” for members at no charge to
them, further increasing the value of membership.
• Creating a “Members Only” section accessible by password.
• Adding links to Amazon.com with financial rewards to the Association
for purchases through these links.
• Installing an “Ask the Expert” button on every page, which
will automatically open and address the reader’s email.
• Adding graphics, sound and animations as requested.
The Oregon Dry Cleaners Association highly recommends Leslie Kettenhofen to work with you on any website needs you may have.
Sincerely,
Brian Olson, CED
